Danny Baghdasarians serves as Executive Vice President of Technology at Arcstone Financial, where he leads the strategic direction, development, and operational oversight of the company’s technology ecosystem. He is responsible for managing core platforms such as Encompass while driving innovation across proprietary solutions like PAXI, including AI-powered underwriting tools and point-of-sale (POS) systems that enhance both internal workflows and client-facing experiences.
 

With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Danny brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise in languages such as C++, Python. He is particularly focused on leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to streamline mortgage processes, reduce operational friction, and improve turnaround times. Known for fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, Danny works cross-functionally with product, operations, and executive teams to deliver innovative solutions that keep Arcstone competitive in a rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.
