As the Controller at Arcstone Financial, Rick LeMasters brings over three decades of rich experience in accounting and real estate sales to guide the financial operations of our expanding retail and wholesale/assisted retail business models. A graduate of California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. After starting his career as a consultant in the accounting field, he ascended to CFO roles where he honed his strategic financial skills.
 

For the past 15 years, Rick has been a prominent figure in real estate sales, working with leading companies such as Coldwell Banker and Berkshire Hathaway. His comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, combined with his solid financial background, makes him a uniquely qualified leader in the mortgage banking industry.

Recently joining Arcstone Financial as a Controller, Rick effectively bridges his knowledge of real estate sales with practical financial operations. He brings to the team not only a wealth of professional experience but also a positive and determined attitude that inspires everyone around him.
